Community Updates:
- The parking at the resident gardens is now full. If you still need to relocate your car to another location, please use the north side of Holly Branch, making sure to keep driveways clear. Additional parking can also be done at the Valencia Landing Clubhouse.
- The entrances to the Audubon apartments on the parking lot side as well as the poolside will be closed starting today at 4 p.m. to help prevent water encroachment into the building.
- If you have any loose or hanging items around your residence, please take them down and lay them flat on the ground or take them indoors.
- Make sure to close screen doors.
