Tropical Storm Fred:
Currently producing heavy rainfall while moving west northwest along the northern coast of Cuba, Tropical Storm Fred is moving at 12 miles per hour. A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for the Florida Keys. Fred is expected to be near the Florida Keys on Saturday, and move near or west of the west coast of the Florida peninsula Saturday night and Sunday.
Potential Tropical Cyclone Seven (Grace):
Tropical storm conditions are possible in portions of the Leeward Islands late Saturday or early Sunday with the risk of tropical storm conditions spreading westward to the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico late Sunday and Sunday night. Wind and rainfall impacts are expected to portions of the Turks and Caicos, southeastern Bahamas and Cuba next week.
