Tropical Storm Nicole Update #8

Tropical Storm Nicole is currently located 95 miles southeast of Tallahassee and is straddling the coast of the Florida big bend region. Potential continues for storm surge, strong winds and heavy rains. A Storm Surge Warning is in effect for Flagler/Volusia County Line Florida to Altamaha Sound Georgia.
Community Updates:
- Representatives from Duke Power estimate power will be restored to the Village around midnight.
- JKV staff will be in the Village throughout the night.
- If you need assistance tonight, place your strobe light in your window or by your mailbox. Security will be patrolling to look for strobes lights. Security can also be contacted by calling 775-3840 ext. 8014.
- Trash pickup will take place as scheduled tomorrow.
