Events and Activities:
- Ad Valorem signing parties will be held on Wednesday, February 9 between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. and on Thursday, February 10 from 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Your personalized form will be available for your notarized signature. We request that you attend the session you previously signed up for when you submitted your Ad Valorem information.

Transportation to the tours will be provided on the JKV bus and will depart from the Barker Center. Please arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to your tour time. We ask that residents do not drive on Valencia Landing as it is still a construction site. Anyone not arriving on the scheduled JKV bus will be directed back to the Barker Center. Tours will be approximately 20 minutes long.
