Framing, Trusses and Block Work, Oh My!

Throughout the neighborhood, trusses and framing continue to be installed and we are anticipating concrete block to be up by the end of the year. on all 68 villas. The landscaping around the Clubhouse and pool deck has been completed; and the fence around the pool perimeter has been installed. Out front, the parking lot for the Clubhouse has received a final paving and has been striped. 

Now that the landscaping around the Clubhouse is complete, the tennis and pickleball courts will receive a final paving before being painted and striped.

Break out the marshmallows! The firepit for the pool deck picnic area has been delivered and will be installed just in time for hot chocolate and smore season!

 

Plans continue to take shape for an open house to be held in January to celebrate the completion of the clubhouse.

 

More Home Site Foundations Poured!

Framing begins on phase 2 and 3 this past week, while phase 1 homes received stucco to the exterior walls and the front and rear doors installed. Meanwhile down at the final home site, the foundation was poured! Up at the clubhouse, the pool deck was installed and furniture and fitness equipment began arriving.

 

 

 

 

Phase 1 and 2 Villas Are Raising the Roofs

Over the last couple of weeks, the Villas in Phase 1 and 2 of Valencia Landing have seen many changes. Metal roofs started to be added as well as shaker shingles on the front façade. While the Phase 1 and 2 Villas started to add some of the architectural details, block walls started going up on Phase 4 and 5.

Sales and Marketing took a sneak peek of the Club House this past week as we work on planning an open house for December. While on our tour the marquee sign was being installed to welcome future guests and residents to the community.

Valencia Landing Clubhouse Heading Towards The Finish Line

Work continues to progress on the Valencia Landing Clubhouse.  Last week, ceiling tiles were installed in the second floor lounge, plumbing continued on some of the kitchen equipment and outside drains. Duct work continued on the HVAC, while dormer roofing was worked on. Cutting began on the sub grade for the tennis courts and lime rock was brought in for the base of the courts. Interior and exterior painting continued throughout the entire building.

The week ending September 10 saw shutters beginning to be installed, the kitchen elevator was finished. Stucco was installed on the back stair case by pool and the pad was poured for the pool heater. Flooring was beginning to be installed in the yoga/fitness room.

Roof work continued on the initial home sites and slabs continued to be poured on sites for the second half of the neighborhood.

 

A lot has happened at Valencia Landing since our last update!

With sunny weather throughout April and May, much work has continued on the Club House at Valencia Landing. As the roof and dormers are added you can almost imagine residents lounging by the pool!

 

 

 

The Club House at Valencia Landing – A Work in Progress

The Week ending March 26 brought the stairs formed which open to the patio as well as stairs to the front entry. Concrete block was also installed as a screen wall for the generator. On the second floor, block work was completed, grouted and inspected. HVAC duct work started on first floor, steel erection started on second floor, and framing started on second floor.

 

Progress Continues on Valencia Landing Clubhouse

The Club House at Valencia Landing is well under way. Since our last update, our construction team has laid the foundation and has started building walls. We are right on track to see a completed club house in October 2021!

 

 

 

Site Plan Now Available!

 

 

We know everyone is excited to know when floorplans and pricing will become available. We are hoping to release them to everyone currently on the Valencia Landing wait list within the next couple of weeks.

The 34 units colored in green will be the site of the two-bedroom homes and the 34 units colored yellow will be the site of the three-bedroom homes.

We will be releasing more information on the timeframe for the start of construction on the first units when we release the approved floorplans and pricing. We anticipate breaking ground on the first units in March 2021!

Our goal is to see our first resident of Valencia Landing move in immediately after the opening of the Club House in October 2021.
