Comfortable and hospitality-focused, Majestic Oaks is nationally recognized. Our rehab professionals develop an individualized treatment plan for your short- or long-term rehabilitation. Certified by your doctor, the plan addresses rehabilitation needs and personal goals.
A team including a doctor, nurse, social worker, dietitian and therapist provides care and guides your rehabilitation process.

We coordinate everything: physical, occupational and speech therapy, pharmacy and imaging services, and coordination and transportation to off-campus follow-up appointments.
Before you go home, our individualized discharge plan will identify any equipment needs and in-home services you’ll need. John Knox Village home health services are available to help with your transition – providing physical, occupational and speech therapies in the comfort and privacy of your own home. You may also visit Oak Park Outpatient Services to continue rehabilitation and outpatient therapy services.

Local seniors can take advantage of our high-quality rehabilitation services through direct admission. John Knox Village is Medicare-certified and accepts most major insurance providers. Our coordinators will assist you in navigating the admissions process.
