Our nurse practitioner clinic is a convenient resource for diagnosing and treating everyday ailments and illnesses.

Outpatient rehabilitation

Our highly trained therapists use state-of-the-art equipment and plenty of TLC to restore your strength and mobility, helping you return to your best self.

We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy services by appointment with a physician referral.

We use a state-of-the-art driving simulator to test and rehabilitate visual, cognitive, and physical functions that may impact independence and mobility.

Using revolutionary technology to prevent falls, our therapists can assess balance, isolate problem areas, and create treatment plans to address the exact needs of each person.

Pharmacy

Meds are serious business, and our pharmacists understand seniors. The average senior takes four or more prescription drugs. At our pharmacy, your prescriptions and over-the-counter medicines are carefully monitored to ensure safety.

Our pharmacists will provide one-on-one attention, and we’ll make sure your prescriptions and dosages are clear.

The pharmacy at Oak Park provides prescriptions, over-the-counter drugs, and medical supplies to our residents and staff.

Preventive education

Our professional staff hosts free educational seminars on topics related to senior healthcare, particularly related to maintaining and improving independence. Contact us for information about upcoming programs.
