All repairs and maintenance are performed by our facilities staff, and our housekeepers will visit biweekly for a thorough cleaning.

All utilities and cable TV are included, except landline phone and internet.

Your residence will have a 24-hour courtesy call system for emergencies.

Every apartment, cottage or villa has a gourmet kitchen.

Garden Cottages, Silverstone, Holly and Valencia villas have in-unit washers and dryers.
