John Knox Village of Central Florida has acquired CERTUS Premier Memory Care, located at 675 Veterans Memorial Parkway in Orange City. Opened in 2018, the secured memory care community offers a comfortable, engaging environment featuring 64 private suites arranged in a warm, neighborhood-style setting. Residents also enjoy a wide array of amenities, including a theater, fitness center, full-service salon, bistro, post office, library, and private dining spaces.
With this acquisition, John Knox Village increases its total number of licensed memory care beds to 109, significantly expanding its capacity to serve individuals living with memory-related conditions. The organization’s existing Majestic Oaks complex, which opened in January 2003 and includes 30 private rehabilitation rooms and 75 skilled nursing rooms, in addition to its current memory care services, will complete a $3.5 million renovation in early 2026.
